Rather than simply redesigning pages, the work centred on rebuilding the entire digital experience, reshaping structure, navigation, and journeys so the platform works around real user needs, not internal complexity.
The YES Energy Solutions website contained a large volume of information, but poor structure and organisation made it difficult for users to understand what the organisation offers or how to access support.
Navigation was fragmented, key actions such as eligibility checking and advice access were hard to find, and user journeys were unnecessarily long and confusing. Content duplication and overlapping pages created further complexity, while disconnected form systems limited tracking accuracy and CRM integration.
