The YES Energy Solutions website contained a large volume of information, but poor structure and organisation made it difficult for users to understand what the organisation offers or how to access support. 

Navigation was fragmented, key actions such as eligibility checking and advice access were hard to find, and user journeys were unnecessarily long and confusing. Content duplication and overlapping pages created further complexity, while disconnected form systems limited tracking accuracy and CRM integration. 

Overall, the platform failed to reflect YES’s holistic support model and did not guide users efficiently to the help they needed.
